Yesterday, I was working in Beecraigs Country Park with the SSPCA (Scottish Society Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) on behalf of Lowport Outdoor Education Centre. The day was part of a four day course looking at crag rescue skills. We visisted two venues and had an amazing afternoon in the sun looking from the top of the highest point in the park over central Scotland.
Today, I have been at Aberdour Crag (The Hawcraig) doing the first day of a SPA training course on behalf of EICA Ratho and in conjunction with Cliff Smith. This excellent little sea cliff has a vairety of good routes from about moderate to E1. The crag has an excellent outlook over the Forth to Edinburgh.
