The Falkirk High Tops Team and I were out today on The Cobbler doing the classic traverse. This begins with an ascent of the South East Ridge of South Peak (a moderate rock climb), followed by an abseil from the summit before continuing to the next and highest summit, Central Peak.
We began our day at Loch Long and finished on the Glen Croe side of the mountain to give a true traverse of the mountain.
