11/06/12 Glen Coe

On Buachaille Etive Mor again today and what a difference a day makes. There was no rain and the cloud base steadily rose with only the top 200m or so of the hill remaining in cloud.

I was out with John, Paul, Lorn, Lindsey and Alasdair from Falkirk Community Trust Outdoors and we climbed North Buttress (West Route) to reach the summit of Stob Dearg before descending via Coire na Tulaich.

The route was damp in places and there’s plenty of seepage about on the crags.

Summit of Stob Dearg, not as damp as yesterday
