Yesterday, I was out staff training with the EICA Ratho staff team on Swatte Fell. This peak is located near Moffat. There is an excellent little buttress and ridge to look at Mountain Leader security on steep ground skills and Mountain Instructor short roping skills.
Today, Duncan and I had a great day out in Glencoe. We climbed North Buttress on Buachaillie Etive Mor to the summit before descending Curved Ridge and returning to the car. One team was climbing on Rannoch Wall. The rock looked mostly dry.
