On Monday to Wednesday this week I was supervising a DofE group on the circuit of Beinn a’Ghlo for The City of Edinburgh Council. The group did a great job, particularly in dealing with some very varied weather including a hot day and some very heavy rain.
A good reminder to make careful route choices with the risk of lightening in the current weather and the fact that normally easy burn crossings can quickly become serious with the heavy downpours we’re experiencing.
