Coasteering, Recces and Lowland Leader Assessment

‘ve not had the chance to update the blog for a while, so here’s a quick catch-up from last week. The sun shone in southern Scotland for most of the week, which made for a great coasteering day staff training with the Falkirk Community Trust on the Fife coast.

Later in the week Jen and I were out helping Jen Sinclair recce a charity walk in the Scone area and then on Friday I was out on another recce with Mike.

The weather cooled down for the weekend when Mike from Lowport and I were running a Lowland Leader Assessment for Falkirk Community Trust. There were sunny spells, but we also had the odd graupel shower. The candidates did well to cope with the varied conditions.
