Rosie, Katie, Steve, Iain and I have had a brilliant days skiing today in the Mont Joly (Saint Gervais) and Megeve ski areas. Using off piste and ski touring skills we managed to access some excellent powder skiing a long way from the crowds. Over the last few days the winds have been high at altitude. Therefore, wind slab is building in some locations and care should be taken.
