Hillwalking today with a group from the City of Edinburgh Council Summer Programme. We headed for the Pentlands; started from Nine Mile Burn and did a circular walk taking in West Kip as the high point.
Not much wind, some light showers in the morning and cloud coming and going around summit height. Great to be out with enthusiastic folk as young as ten enjoying a day walking in the hills.
