After the brilliant weather in Italy this past weekend the weather deteriorated on Sunday evening. It did however bring with it fresh snow. Robbo, Jon, Mikey and I made the most of this by going off piste skiing at Le Grand Montets ski area near Chamonix. We found excellent powder snow above 2300m (the top station of Le Grand Montets is at 3300 metres). Unusually for this area, there was no queues and lots of untracked powder.
