Donald, May and I spent today at Traprain Law in East Lothian. It was a Rock Climbing Development Day for Falkirk Community Trust Outdoors. We climbed a number of climbs on both The Lammer and Overhang Wall and looked at some useful climbing knots/hitches and abseil descents with and without prussiks.
It was cold earlier on with a fresh wind, but the crag was generally dry and climbing was pleasant once the sun had warmed things up.
