Wednesday 5th March

Bomber Harris and i were out today on Lochnagar.  We started the day by climbing Cathedral Chimney.  This is similar in style to The Seam in the Northern Corries but bolder and harder.

We then headed to the top of the Red Spout, cut a bollard, abseiled over the cornice and climbed Perserverance Rib.

The turf was excellent on both routes and there was plenty of snow around.  There was quite a lot of ice around in the main corrie so if we get a refreeze conditions should be excellent.
